IGB-scan

Indispensable for dynamic curing processes

With the integrated UV sensor and microprocessor, the IGB-scan can measure, display, and record the peak value of UV intensity.

In addition, the IGB-scan calculates the UV dose (mJ/cm²) of the supplied UV energy during the measurement process.

The sensor is located on the back of the device. After the measurement is completed, the results can be displayed on the built-in 5 × 16-character LCD display.

The IGB-scan features a “UV-triggered mode,” meaning that measurement starts during the standby phase, but not before the measured UV intensity exceeds 300 mW/cm².

Parameters:

  • UV intensity measurement: 200 – 14,000 mW/cm²
  • UV dose measurement: 0 – 65,000 mJ/cm²
  • Measurement duration: 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 s
  • Dimensions: 80 × 50 × 16 mm
  • Weight: approx. 150 g
  • UV sensor: integrated
