In addition to the adhesive, high-quality bonding not only requires suitable materials and components with an adhesive-compatible design and a clean surface.
An equally important process step is to apply exactly the desired quantity reproducibly in the right places. As we take a holistic view of the bonding task, it is only logical to recommend or, if required, offer the appropriate equipment.
Depending on the dispensing task, we select volumetric 1K and 2K systems, pressure-timing systems or high-precision pneumatics and piezo jet valves from the product ranges of well-known manufacturers. If required, the containers/media feed systems can also be added.
If you require a complete dosing robot, we work together with our cooperation partners to offer you semi-automated solutions with 3- and 4-axis table-top robots.

Requirement-related modifications to the formulations, viscosity settings and special containers are just as possible as adaptations to the existing dosing and curing technology. Quality measurements during production in the form of rheological measurements, strength analyses, DSC and DES analyses are obligatory.
Perfect curing is particularly important to ensure the full performance of our adhesives. A wide range of conventional UV and LED/UV devices from various partners, in conjunction with our own sensor technology, are the best basis for this.
Particularly in connection with demanding adhesives with sometimes complex rheology, our full attention is also focussed on the selection of suitable application methods and dosing devices. We work in close partnership with selected suppliers of high-quality dispensing equipment and test the suitability of the equipment for difficult dispensing tasks in detail for you or together with you.
